Many Americans are currently watching the 2018 Winter Olympics
opening ceremony. Pyeongchang,
South Korea is hosting the Winter Olympics. As I listen and watch the ceremony and see
all the technological progress of China and Japan, it dawned on me that these
countries are certainly leaders in this genre.
They are powerful and far exceed any other country, including the United
States.
The people and politicians of the United States are so consumed
with dividing its country that they cannot and will not advance any further
than where they are as of this date.
There use to be inventors, scientists, and a host of other super intelligent
people in the United States. However,
because of racism, hate, bigotry, Americans cannot see further than a person’s
skin color. American’s seem to be stuck
on stupidity. They even elected a
verified dunce to become president of the great nation, which is certainly
losing its greatness and luster.
It saddens me, as an American, to see the dumbing-down of what
was once the Greatest Nation in the World.
We went from an undeniable scholar to a 4th grade level old
white man to occupy the White House and represent America.
Maybe we need one leader over a long period of time. Someone like President Obama whose intellect
could lead this nation to super greatness.
I would vote for that. In my
lifetime, President Obama has certainly been the SMARTEST person we have called
POTUS. Perhaps, to become president, you
must qualify on several levels. Just
like to become a Professor at an Ivy League college, you must meet a gargantuan
list of qualifications, not necessarily political, but social justice, mental
acuity and a few intelligent jargon's that I’m not smart enough to regurgitate
here.
I presume, after this current presidency, most, not all,
Americans will pay more attention to whom they are voting for to elect as leader of our wonderfully beautiful nation.

This is an excellent article and right on point. It does seem like the United States is in decline. Wouldn't it be ironic if bigotry and racism, which this country was built upon, also became responsible for its decline?
ReplyDeleteUnfortunately, bigotry and racism built this nation and Black citizens acquiesced to the way of living and the humiliation accompanied by these hateful acts. Can it cause the demise of the popularity and standing of the United States? I would hope not. I'd prefer a healing of sorts and a change in policies on how all of our American citizens are treated, no matter the nationality. Thanks for reading my Blog. -Radiance
